Now Hiring - Parts Sales Associate in Medina, OH

The Mower Shop is currently seeking a part-time to full-time Sales Associate for our Sales & Parts Counter to join our growing, family-owned outdoor power equipment dealership. We have a wealth of experience to provide along with competitive pay for the industry. The work environment is friendly and tight-knit. We do everything from basic oil changes to complete engine rebuilds and everything in between. Challenges come in every day, providing new learning experiences for you to grow.

This position requires excellent customer interaction and communication and lots of "on your feet" time. Ideal candidates would be knowledgeable about our equipment and the industry, have a good attitude, be self-motivated, hard working, responsible, trustworthy, have good communication skills and have a desire to help the business grow.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Customer Service (answer the phone, greet customers, answer questions, assist customers with parts orders or new machine sales, etc.)
• Parts Lookup, sales, purchase orders and orders
• Allocate parts received to designated areas for service work or over-the-counter parts sales
• Maintain a clean showroom/store/counter (disinfect, dust, vacuum, trash)
• Notify customers when service work is completed
• Process payments in person and over the phone
• Schedule pick-ups and deliveries
• Package and label Ebay sales or parts returns
• Backup for new machine sales (sale and financing processing)
• Count inventory and organize when needed
• File product registrations
• Grab mail daily
